(2.7) Permanent Configuration

You can add information such as shift, shift group for employee who does not have same as others from the department.

  1. Choose the Permanent module from the main menu on the left side.

  2. Choose a permanent employee from the list. The detailed information of the selected employee will be show on detail area of the page.

You will see the Configuration form to edit as following:

Default Attendance: Default attendance if the employee does not submit intime

Start Service Months: If you want to add service months for the employee from the beginning, you can add from here.

Click Save when you are finished.
