# (2.7) Permanent Configuration

**You can add information such as shift, shift group for employee who does not have same as others from the department.**

1. Choose the ***Permanent*** module from the main menu on the left side.
2. Choose a permanent employee from the list. The detailed information of the selected employee will be show on detail area of the page.
3. **Default Attendance: Default attendance if the employee does not submit intime**

**Start Service Months: If you want to add service months for the employee from the beginning, you can add from here.**

Click ***Save*** when you are finished.
