# (7.4) Editing Notes Template

If you want to **view which employees are added the notes templates**, check the "**Show**" checkbox.

You will see as follow:

You will see as follow:

You can make changes as you required. If you want to delete all employees from notes template, you can click the **Delete** checkbox from the top.

If you want to delete an employee, you can check the checkbox beside the employee's name.

After you finish editing, click the **Save** button.
