(5.7) Task Types

The number of task types will depend on your company rules and regulations. The user can get a quick view by choosing one of the types in the list. For example, if you want to check whether you are responsible for the “Leave” task type, you can click “Leave” from the list to find out. If you have the proper authorization you will be able to create and edit task forms. Otherwise you will only be able to view the forms.

For Permanent Employee (2.3) Creating Task for Employee on Permanent

For Probation Employee (Please refer to Section (3.3) Creating Task for Employee on Probation )

The system sends email notification to target, assignee and creator for all task reasonably.
