# (5.7.1.3) Team Task
### Precondition
1. Choose the ***Permanent*** module from the main menu on the left side.
2. Click ***All*** key.
3. Choose the employee.
4. Click the ***Task*** .
The employee is the ***Target***. Click ***Team Task*** in the action bar on the right. Be sure that you have the right permissions to do the task.
You will see the team form as following:
* Choose the responsible user (the ***Assignee***) from the Assign To drop down list.

***In Assign To list, you will see employees who report to you and are reported by you.Moreover, it is ok if you want to add assignees more.***

* Fill in these fields: ***Date, Effective Date, Name and Reason.***
* You can select and team employees as you like. 
* This team will be a ***message Group*** and will get ***messaging services***.
* And, the system sends email to target and creator when assignee approved.
* Then click Save.
* This ends the part played by the Creator.
