(2.3.1) Creating Task for Employee on Permanent (Leave)

The users can take leave if they need. There are several type of leave users can take.

Precondition

  1. Choose the Permanent module from the main menu on the left side.

  2. Click All key.

  3. Choose an employee (OR) Search employee in search box.

  4. Click the Leave task.

You will see the Leave Form as the following:

User can take Leave with several types:

User can take Leave Apply Type with three conditions:

User can add Substitute Employees and Followers:

User can check Employee Leave History:

Leave History

  • Choose the responsible user (the Assignee) from the Assign To drop down list.

  • Fill the Leave Type: Casual, Annual, Medical, etc.

  • Fill the Leave Apply Type : Full, Morning, Evening.

  • Fill the Effective Date: Start Date, End Date.

  • Fill the Reason.

  • Fill the Substitute Employee(s) and Followers. (If need).

  • Check the Leave History for how many leave left that user can take.

  • Click the Save button to save the Leave Form.

  • Click the Cancel button to cancel the Leave Form.
