Choose the Permanent module from the main menu on the left side.
Click All button or search employees by search box.
A list of all the permanent will be displayed.
Choose a target employee to create user account.
Click Account from the right side.
Your password cannot be less than 5 characters. Fill the password and confirm password. Choose the Role and click OK.
An existing account can be disable.
Choose a target employee.
Check the "Account Disabled" checkbox and click OK. That user will not be able to log in to the HR application again.
