On this page, you can instantly access key employee data such as personal information, service history, attendance history, leave records, and performance reviews. The software is designed to work together with a search key so that the user can easily find employee information like Google search. As mentioned above, only administrators or departmental heads have access to all the functions. The following subsections describe how to use these functions. Snapshots of the user interface are included.

After selecting a list of employees using one of the search keys explained below you can click on any employee in the list to retrieve the detailed information for that employee.
