# (2.3.16) Creating Task for Employee on Permanent (Team)

### Precondition <a href="#precondition" id="precondition"></a>

1. Choose the ***Permanent*** module from the main menu on the left side.
2. Click ***All***  key.
3. Choose the employee you want to make ***Team***.
4. Click the ***Team*** task.

You will see the Team form as following:

* Choose the responsible user (the ***Assignee***) from the Assign To drop down list.
* Fill in these fields: ***Date, Effective Date, Name, Members, Reason***.

User can add ***Members*** to create ***Team*** (can search in drop down list).

* Click the ***Save*** button to save ***Team*** form.
