(2.3.9) Creating Task for Employee on Permanent (Disciplinary Action)

Precondition

  1. Choose the Permanent module from the main menu on the left side.

  2. Click All key.

  3. Choose the employee you want to Disciplinary Action.

  4. Click the Disciplinary Action task.

You will see the Disciplinary Action form as following:

  • Choose the responsible user (the Assignee) from the Assign To drop down list.

  • Fill in these fields: Effective Date, Start Date, Amount, Punishment Type, Punishment Level, Reason.

  • User can select Punishment Type (First Warning, Second Warning, Third Warning) at drop down list.

  • Click the Save button to save Disciplinary Action form.
