# (3) Probation

        Creating a new probation instance is done using the Task module. To have a probation status, the user must be an applicant. Promoting someone from applicant to probation is described in the Task section. 

       You can search probation employees by multiple search keys. ***(For e.g. ID, Name, Job, Department, Email, Phone No., State, City, NRC, Service Year, Join Date and etc.)***
