# (1.5) Rejoin

If any resigned or terminated employee joins back to the company, you don't need to fill that employee beginning from the applicant. You can search that employee from employee advanced search [(1.4) Search Resigned and Terminated Employees](/bizleap-hr/version-3.6/1-employee/1.4-search-resigned-and-terminated-employees.md). In the user profile, you will see the "**Rejoin**" button. You can click that button to rejoin the selected employee.

You will see the following form.

You can fill in the form and click the **"Save"** button to save the task. Task approval is explained in the [(5) Task](/bizleap-hr/version-3.6/5-task.md) section. After the task is approved, the employee will be back in the organization.
