There are 6 Data Types that you can create.

Display Checkbox

Display checkbox

If the checkbox is checked, you will see that notes template in Employee, Permanent or Probation Menu. But if it is unchecked, it will be hidden as follows:

If you checked the "Display" checkbox back, you will be able to remove the item from hidden.

Clearance Item

Clearance item is used when an employee is resigning or being terminated. The item with clearance item checkbox checked means that item need to be claimed back by the company.

Refer to (2.4.8) Resignation and (2.4.7) Termination.

Adding Employee

Adding Employees to Notes Template

If you want to add notes template to all employee, check the "Apply All Employees" checkbox.

If not, search from the search box for required employee.

Click on the searched employee to add.

If added by mistake, you can delete it by clicking the icon.

After creating the notes template as you required, click "Save" button.
