# (16) Batch Salary Adjustment

**To perform batch salary adjustment you need administrative rights or you must have the relevant departmental role.**

This section provides how to adjust the salary for more than one employee according to the department, job ban, job, location or employee.
Choose the **Batch Salary Adjustmen**t module from the sub menu on the right side.

You will see a result page that looks like the following:

Click the **Add Target** to add the target to adjust salary. After clicking, you will see as follows:

You can search and add targets with department, job, location, employee and job rank as your desired. And this task is needed to know not only assignee employee, you can add **followers.**
Click 
icon and type to search the follower employee as follows:

You can choose the follower employee by clicking icon on the employee row. If you want to deselect, click 
icon on the selected employee row.
