(5.6) Task Reports

The user can use combinations of search keys for each report any task type but the report will only include approved tasks. For example, the user can search the employees who took leave with a specific department within a specific period. This helps you to get reports you want easily within a short period

  1. Choose the Task module from the main menu on the left side.

  2. Click the Report button from the right side.

  3. Then choose the task type that you want to search from the drop-down.

  4. The system will display the respective form that you choose (e.g. Leave).

Fill the data regarding your search. After that, click Search button. You will see as follow:

Click save search button to get an excel file of searched data.
