(2.4) Creating Note for Employee on Permanent

Precondition

  1. Choose the Permanent module from the main menu on the left side.

  2. Click All key

  3. Choose an employee (OR) Search employee in search box.

You will see the note form as following:

  • If you want to create notes. Click the " +" sign

  • If you checked Apply All, this note is for all employees.

  • If Data Type was checkbox, the system will show note percentage with Pie charts.

  • Click the " +" sign

  • Check the Value and save the form to finish.

  • Click Permanent module from the menu on the left side.

  • If you click "82", the system will display finished employee list and

  • If you click "12" , the system will display not finished employee list.
