(5.1) Task Workflow

A task can be viewed as having three participants: Creator, Assignee and Target.

• Creator : The person who initiates the task is the creator.

• Assignee : The person who has to perform the assigned task. When the assignee is done, the task is finished. Sometimes, there may be more steps if one assignee has to report to his supervisor or head of department.

• Target : The person who is affected by the outcome of the task.
