(1.3) Employee Advanced Search

In the previous module, the simple keyword search looks for the search text anywhere in a record. An advanced search can narrow down the result in an exact match. Limiting the fields allows for a more targeted search.

The search form is as follow:

Type “Search Text for Criteria” at State and employee name. (e.g. Yangon, Aung).

If there is a match, the result page will appear as follows:

Type “Search Text for Criteria” at Position and employee name. (e.g. =worker means the result employee position must be exactly worker)

If there is a match, the result page will appear as follows:

Type “Search Text for Criteria” at Service Year and employee name.

If there is a match, the result page will appear as follows:

Type “Search Text for Criteria” at employee name and department.
