(5.1.1) Creator, Assignee and Target
Creator : A person who creates a task.
Assignee : A person who has been assigned a task by another person.
Target : A person who will be affected by a specific task. The targeted person may be the creator or the assignee or another person.
For instance, your manager wants you to take responsibility for checking whether an applicant should be permanent or not.
