(5.10) Working with Reports

This section provides many advantages to the user of the system. The users can exactly search the recorded data what they want to know in the category of each task they performed and can report these data easily. Also, any combination of search keys can be used in each form of report item types you choose. For example, the user can search leaved employees for a specific department within a specific period. This helps you to get reports what you want easily in a short time.

Precondition

  1. Choose the Task module from the main menu on the left side.

  2. Click Report in action bar of task module and then choose item type that you want to search for.

  3. The system will display the respective form that you choose (e.g. Leave(s) Report Form).
