(18) Shift Group

This section concerns with employee who doesn’t have exact shift. His shift will be varied though the various days. In this case , he must be added in a shift group with various shifts. When his attendance in-time is near with one shift ,the system will assign this shift on him. This is called auto shift or shift group. But if he have own shift and one shift group ,the system will determine him with that shift group. Shift group have higher priority than normal shift.

This shift group can be assigned by only employee or the whole department.
