(2.4.1) Leave Task

Related To Payroll

  1. Choose the Permanent module from the main menu on the left side.

  2. Click the All key.

  3. Choose an employee (OR) Search employee in search box.

  4. Click the Leave task.

You will see the Leave Form as the following:

Type of items in leave form

  • Type: Leave type from the employee's leave allowance

  • Leave Apply Type: User must select leave apply type which are FULL, MORNING, EVENING.

  • Substitute employee: Employees substitutes for target employee

  • Follower: Employees who should know about target applying leave

User can check Employee Leave History:

When all the required fields are filled, click the Save button.

Results will different based on employees’ leave history. If Leave days remain, alert “Successfully saved”. If not, “You have taken leave over remaining leave days” alert will appear.

Task approval is explained in the (5) Task section.

Approved leave task can be deleted or reopened. Refer to (2.9) Leave Reopen and Delete
