To be an employee at your company, the applicants fill application forms as a first step. Depending on the required qualifications and skills, the company selects those suitable. The process for choosing the right employee may vary according to company practice. Most processes, however, are similar and correspond to the scenarios presented here. The selected applicants become employees on probation who may have to work for a period before becoming a full employee. After the probation period, all or some of them may become permanent. ‌

To add an employee to the system, the user must add selected applicants or maybe all applicants by filling the applicant form from the applicant module as the first step.
