(3) Probation

You can access probation employee personal information, service history, leave records, and performance reviews in this menu. Hiring someone from applicant to probation is described in (4.5) Applicant to Probation.

You can search probation employees by multiple search keys. (For e.g. ID, Name, Job, Department, Email, Phone No., State, City, NRC, Service Year, Joined Date, and etc.)

Type of items in Action Bar

• Profile - Employee detail information.
• Activities - Task details activities summary of the employee.
• Attachments - Attachments from applicant form, employee form(biography) and all tasks forms of the employee.
• Reconciliation - Yearly tax report of the employee.
• Leave History - The total Leave History of the employee per year.
• Task - Tasks that you can create.
• Note - Employee extra information, Notes added from the Note Template module (7) Note Template
• Account - Account control form.
• Edit - To edit the biography.
• Configuration - Set shift, shift group, default attendance, rest day schedule and benefit allowances in configuration.

The red circle on the probation menu with count "1" is the due probation reminder count which as you add in the task (4.5) Applicant to Probation. If any probation period is going to be full the count will increase.

The "Report To" is the employees that the selected employee report to. The "Report By" is the employees that report the selected employee.
