(2.4.16) Team

(For Mobile Application)

You can use "Team" to create a team or messaging group in the HR mobile application.

  1. Choose the Permanent module from the main menu on the left side.

  2. Click the All key.

  3. Choose an employee (OR) Search employee in search box.

  4. Click the Team task.

You will see the Team form as following:

The user can add Members to create Team (All the members will be included in the messaging group).

When all the required fields are filled, click the Save button.

Task approval is explained in the (5) Task section.

You can view the created team in the Team menu. Refer to (8) Team.
